It is with great pleasure that we are now able to provide you a classical guitar building mold in the shape of Robbie O'brien's very own design.
 
Many of you reading this may know Robbie from his online videos on how to build your own acoustic guitar, and may even have had a class where he taught you personally. 
 
Robbie was, and is a huge inspiration for all that we do and make here at TCS Custom Woodworks. 
 
Now we are able to share that inspiration with you. 
 
This guitar building mold matches Robbie's design. It is made from 3 layers of A-Grade MDF, an incredibly strong and stable material that is perfect for this application. Plywood is an option upon request, please message for details.
 
Large spreaders allow you to make sure the sides are nice and snug inside the mold until the kerfing or lining is glued in place, which will then allow you to use the smaller waist spreaders. 
 
These spreaders are ideal for any problem areas where sides refuse to be snug up into mold, assuring you a perfect fit and shape each and every time. 
 
Turnbuckles are the standard hardware, but we do offer threaded rods and star knobs  at no extra cost for you adjust the tension of the spreaders. 
 
This innovative design allows you to use the mold without getting in the way of the Spanish heal.
